A Third Cliff Employee:

  • is hard-working, prompt, professional, flexible, friendly, and a team-player.
  • is comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment and comfortable finding ways to jump in and help out.
  • has experience in professional food service with a preference for small food businesses.
  • is able lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours/day
  • can make a min 8-month commitment to working at Third Cliff, and can commit to at least one weekend shift per week.

Current Openings: As of April 2026, we’re hiring for both back of house and front of house positions. Front of house applicants should have relevant food service experience and ideally experience as a barista. Back of house applicants are expected to have commercial/professional kitchen experience, and be able to lift 50 lbs without a problem.
