A Third Cliff Employee:
- is hard-working, prompt, professional, flexible, friendly, and a team-player.
- is comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment and comfortable finding ways to jump in and help out.
- has experience in professional food service with a preference for small food businesses.
- is able lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours/day
- can make a min 8-month commitment to working at Third Cliff, and can commit to at least one weekend shift per week
Current Openings: As of August 2026, we're extending our hours until 8pm and adding a short beer and wine menu to our offerings. To fill out this schedule, we're looking to add several front and back of house employees for morning (7am-1pm), mid-day (11am-6pm) and evening shifts (3pm to close). We're looking to hire a few individuals, so likely some part-time and some full-time team members. Everyone will be expected to work a minimum of 20 hours.
Candidates with relevant restaurant experience will be prioritized. This is a new project for us and the position will be likely evolving as your training, so candidates with a sense of flexibility, adventure and patience will also be prioritized.
